PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING A QUESTION:
~ When you sign up (if you use your real email address) you will be sent some e-coupons. About a month later, you will receive physical coupons via snail mail.
~ You will not be able to redeem all the coupons at once. Coupons are spaced out over a 6 month time period. Each month you'll have a coupon valid for one specified item:
1. t-shirt (no purchase required)
2. free ground shipping
3. socks (w/ any $25 purchase)
4. shoe laces (no purchase required)
5. shoe cleaner (w/ any $25 purchase)
6. $20 off a purchase (no minimum)
So that means 6 months from the time they mail you the physical coupons you'll be able to use the $20.

They give you a $20 card in your first wave of coupons. I can attest to that x3. My boyfriend got one, I got one and so did my mom. All without any prior purchase. |

 On second thought, I actually decided to remove it... the offer to sign up is online, but you fulfill the coupons in store, which is normal for coupons and such.  |

I signed up using your link but only received coupons for $10 off $50 purchase, $20 off $100. Do you mean you sign up for the rewards program in the store and they mail you the coupons (since your coupons are paper coupons). Can these coupons be then used online?

It will take a few weeks to get to you. I posted the offer on my FB page a few months back in my freebies I had gotten in the mail album. SDer, Stickerbear88 ended up signing up after seeing my post, and she got the same coupons as me. They should show up.
