Don't get your hopes up. This "Available NOW" is most likely a glitch. I placed 3 different orders at 3 different BB locations and all of them received an e-mail THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN INVENTORY/stocks... and call 1-888-WORSTBUY. Talked to CS and confirmed that it's not available in my area within 50 mile radius, not available in their warehouse and not available for shipping... i had to cancel it.

So I went to a BB store and CSR checked for inventory. Found 2 all within the area even though online inventory showed unavailable.

It pays to physically go into BM store and have them check for inventory. Went and picked it up (Unchartered 3 Coll Ed) with no problems.

FYI - I was just at BB and noticed that were starting to re-shelve orders that have not been picked up. The price is still at $30. Might be worth looking to see if there are any available near you if you missed out on the first round.

Finally picked up a copy, deal still good.
Best Buy is apparently moving copies around the stores. It wasn't available anywhere near me a week ago but it just showed up in the store 2nd closest to me.
