yeah i can choose all the inspectors, lawyer, etc. getting my loan done now, inspections next tuesday, close and move in sept 27. i verballed and it was accepted last night - that was just 9 days after it was listed....thank God I was keeping a close watch on the real estate websites! i just turned 31 but for some reason feel younger......feels strange to now be married and have a house.....all that is left is having a child basically...
