I just wanted to stream music videos from youtube,guess i'll have to just connect via hdmi and use the tv as my second monitor,like I been doing. anyways when explaining this she said her manager said even if the tv is the same model,some tv's are different. if it's keeping the same firmware then that means it's the latest for some people that got different firmwares,their tv's are a little different. She has no clue on why it's that way...great. So,guess there's nothing we can do

Thanks for the info, I have emailed them various times and haven't received anything, so I guess for the moment we'll stay with this firmware.

Just picked up the TV tonight. Accessing the hidden support menu was easy and it helped a lot. Did not have any visible issues to the TV, no bleeding either; so happy for the price i paid 575$ including tax. Opera browser, Vudu Apps and having Netflix built into the TV was a definite plus. I will let you guys know a cool secret feature about this TV.

You can use the USB port to connect to a Bluetooth dongle and can use Opera with Keyboard and Mouse. I have a Logitech K250 and i am able to use my keyboard.It is big plus for me. BT dongle is a unified receiver and i am sure it will work for Logitech Keyboards like K400. You don't need a mouse as it includes a Tack pad.

I ordered a TV couple of weeks ago and it was delivered damaged. So was not able to pickup the TV and had reorder another one, which was delivered yesterday. So spoke to CSR about it and they gave me a credit out of good will, so ended up with a discounted price.

I have a white circular spot on my tv now,anyone know how to make it go away,thought it was bleeding at first but it's only in that same spot so pretty sure it's a pixel...any way on how to fix it?
here's a pic..it doesnt look like any pixel i have seen though,it's that white ring above the eyebrow

Yep 10% when the price was 699$. Some how i ended up get a 75$ back to my card.

I know this seem's like a dumb question,but if you put the bluetooth dongle,are you able to use shutter glasses that use bluetooth rather than the standard ir glasses

Ha ha i just responded to your message in the other thread. I need glasses to test. I don't think they will, the bluetooth dongle that comes with Logitech Keyboards and mouse are for specific purpose not for relaying 3D images. But hey its worth a try, you never know what this Amazing TV does.

Got 4 Hisense tv's,tested it out with upgraded firmware...no youtube
