What a nightmare. Excited that I got an email that the TV was finally ready to pickup . Went there and they couldn't find the TV! ...I waited for 45 long frustrating minutes and they finally came back and said they found it but its high up on a shelf but its already beyond closing time so they wont be able to get it down till tomorrow morning! What the ..Mad Sure hope the damn TV is worth it. worst experience ever. Where can I lodge a complaint for the shitty customer service?

(yeah a first world problem, sorry for the rant)

the reds are high.
Shadows look kinda muddy, I am attributing some of that to watching sd def xvid, which on my 720p 42inch looked fine but on this tv since it is much larger and 1080p apparently brings out those flaws.

I would be curious to know what others do with their settings to see if that helps me.

also did anyone else notice in the factory menu, you can change the OEM logo to element, poloroid, hisense, sens, and some gahnsko thing?

Wow. So I just got back from Walmart. The site to store desk was easy to find, and my tv came out quick....

The box it came in and the TV it self were both destroyed. I couldnt get pics of the dents or the popped out bezel in the front as at that time I was holding the TV with one of the Walmart ee's. They were actually very nice, they helped me open it and their jaws dropped more than mine did when we saw what it looked like. I rolled it right over to the returns line and got cash back.

The packaging was such a joke I literally laughed out loud at the store. Whats sad is it looks like all the damage to the unit was done during transport, and not during refurbish.

The wife was pretty disapointed, We have 2 new 3D blu rays and glasses charged waiting to go. Hopefully #2 will be better.

Wow the packaging is horrible. Don't know why they would ship out something like that in first place.

Yes it was crazy. The LCD was all tilted like that in the box with no foam along it exactly how it is in the pic right when we opened it. I swear it looked like someone was intentionally trying to sabotage the tvs trip. $599 no-name refurb special or not theres no excuse to pack a HDTV like that.

it is really hard to believe that all the TVs reported here from different locations got damaged during transportation. My first order was cancelled by walmart itself, based on the fact that the item was damaged during shipping. It was shipped from Florida to Plano,TX.

I ordered another one on 16th and is being shipped by same YRC Freight service. Cant really track where it is coming from yet, hopefully will be here by next week. I would say 80% of the deliveries are damaged based on the feedback on SD. That being said, i am going back to Frys to buy a tv during thei thursday/frday sale.

Where did it ship from and to which location?

If everyone can provide their TVs departure and arrival location, it would help everyone.

Mine shipped from ALACHUA, FL to PERRYSBURG, OH. TV and box were in great condition except for some light bleed. As others have said packaging is a total joke.

Mine shipped from Mt Pleasant, Iowa to NY. Will TV fit in a 2012 Jeep Liberty?

Should fit fine, especially if you take it out of the box (the box/packaging offers 0 protection anyway)

Has anyone tested their tv in store before going home? I don't want to drive home and find out the screen is busted and deal with trying to return it.

Can anyone who picked up (or received) their TV already post whether there was any indication of what company did the refurbishing for Walmart? Also, was there any sort of new model number for the refurbished TV that was different from the original TV model number?
