Sony Chicago VIP Concert® 2012 Sweepstakes ~ 7/20/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on July 9, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on July 20, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older or age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry.

Refer-A-Friend Entry: You will receive one (1) additional entry for each individual who enters the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period via the invitation that you send using the invite friend option on Facebook. Your friend must subsequently enter in order for you to get your Friend Entry. The Refer-A-Friend feature is not available on the mobile version of the Sweepstakes. Limit nine Friend Entries per person.

Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 23, 2012 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. Prize will be awarded, and the Winner will be notified by e-mail/phone.

Grand Prize (1): A 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to Lollapalooza in Chicago, Illinois from August 2, 2012 through August 6, 2012. Trip includes:
- round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major airport nearest winner’s residence,
- four (4) nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy),
- two (2) guaranteed admission to Filter Magazine after parties on August 2 and August 3 and
- two (2) 3-Day passes to Lollapalooza from August 3-5, 2012
(ARV: USD$4,800).

Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact the potential winner via phone within 24 hours from the time winner selection was accomplished. A message will not be left. If the Sponsor is unable to reach the potential winner within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. Once Winner is contacted, he/she will then be required to complete and return via email, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and where legal, publicity release or if winner is a Canadian resident, a Declaration of Compliance, within 48 hours of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided via email, an arithmetic skill-testing question prior to receiving prize. Return of Prize notification will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States or Canada nearest winner’s home to the destination city. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and travel companion (who must be 18 or older or age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence) must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel companion of the Grand Prize winner will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID, valid passport, etc.) in order to travel. All travel must be taken between August 2, 2012 and August 6, 2012. Dates of departure and return are subject to change. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, and transportation to airport to and from winner’s home residence are the winner’s sole responsibility. In the event Lollapalooza is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided.
