[PROBABLY DEAD]Chase British Airways credit card- 100k Avios Bonus points. NO MINIMUM SPEND!!

Is there an annual fee?

If I had a british airways card a few years ago from the 100,000 deal. And cancelled it. Can i get another one for an additional 100,000 miles?

Tempting...just found a quicker route to a small AA hub, which makes the miles useful. My wife and I did the 100k card a couple of years ago, plus some click-through miles, to get RT tickets to the islands for the family.

Depends how long ago you cancelled it, people have gotten approved for this card with the 100k. who applied about 2.5 years ago and cancelled about a year ago..but YMMV.

No minimum but $150 in annual fees and you'll have to use the card intermittently to keep it. 50,000 now, 50,000 in a year. I did it a couple months ago and thought it was worth it.

Doesn't "You will receive 50k points after FIRST purchase and 50k on first card anniversary." mean you need to pay two annual $95 membership?

If you're seriously thinking of getting a BA card, remember to use those points on AA flights within US. BA.com charged very high fee for their own flights.

Please report whether it worked for you or not. The people over at millionmilesecrets reported this working with Chrome as well..but Who knows...?!

Well, considering that most CAN'T make the minimum spend of $20,000 in a year for a measly 50k points, I think that other application is worth only the initial 50k points.


This one will get you the entire 100k. Best case scenario for $75. Worst case scenario for $150. I'd rather pay $150 for 100k points than $20k.


Also...I don't know when the annual fee posts, maybe someone who's had this card before, could tell us? Because if it posts after a couple of months and NOT on the anniversary date, then you could very well get 100k points for $75 and then cancel the card.
