According to my SM their entire bonus structure is changing.

I agree.... Walgreens will feel the hit...... and hopefully come crawling back to us......in very fast leaps and bounds.

I will be cashing in on the MIR items too. I was talking to a BA today. She said the employees hours will be based on sales.....so if they have a bad week.....they will cut their hours. Does not sound like good management skills to me.

Yeah, the drop in sales will be noticed, that's all.
According to my SM, it will not matter anymore how many sales they have.
The have or had "meetings" about pay, IMO having a meeting about pay is never a good sign.
Not 1 of my buddies at wags is excited about the card system OR the new pay structure.
Matter of fact, the best people have their eyes and ears open, looking for a better job.
