And yes flashing this thing does seem overly complex because of the fastboot commands and such that are needed from going from HC to GB and vise versa. I'm sending my Flyer back though. I did try ICS Lisbon build and it is actually a lot faster than HC. They are showing some promise but it's still pretty buggy. If this build was working 100%, i'd keep the Flyer. |

flashed my Grade 8 which only had a smudge on the rear HTC logo to the CG rom (ICS) & its running smooth....picked-up a new Rocketfish case for $2.85 & a refurb Scribe for $20 from fleabay

Got my grade 7 yesterday and it was in "as new" condition.
Bought a TPU case from eBay for $2.79 - considered the Rocketfish case but thought a TPU case would be more durable? |

When I bought my open box unit from Tech4Less last year I didn't get the USB transfer cable or headset either so it was no problem for me. Main thing was to get the charger as they are quite expensive to source. |
