The issue isn't whether the item is made in China. (Most of the higher line Citizen watches are made in Japan.) It's that this watch being sold by a reseller in China, with all the potential delivery and warranty issues that entails.

I have the same watch. It's nice and trendy. Most importantly, maintenance free. Amazon has it for 237 shipped with a legit warranty and reseller. On a good day, you could probably get it for a little less.

Yeah, "100% Authenticate". That instills confidence. Not only is it likely a bootleg, but its not even a higher-end model of the Eco-Drive/Shyhawk watches.
Still kicking myself for not grabbing the Black Eagle Skyhawk when Amazon had it a couple of years ago for $197. |

I have this.. The "NIGHTHAWK" word itself is missing below the date in the ebay item pic...
Chinese are usually good at copying.. But, made some mistake in this.. LOL
