Labels for Education® Win $50,000 in Stuff for Your School & a Tech-savvy Suite for You Sweepstakes ~ 9/30/12 (Facebook, QR or mail)

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 7/1/12 & ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/30/12.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older at time of entry.

Winning school must be a Labels for Education eligible school to redeem their prize. The school chosen by the winner to receive the prize must be eligible to be a participant in Labels for Education program and be located within the United States or DC. If they are not eligible, an alternate winner will be selected. For eligibility, please see the 2012 Labels for Education program rules, available at www.LabelsForEducation.com

There are three (3) ways to enter this Sweepstakes:

First time entrants will complete the online registration form including their name, address, phone number, birth date, email address, and school name. Once completed, click “submit” and you will receive one entry in the Sweepstakes. Returning entrants will simply enter their email address.

2) Enter via QR Code: Using the QR Code found on specially marked packages of Post® Cereal products, Pop Secret® Popcorn, sweepstakes ads, newspaper ads and/or provided on promotional materials, you can scan the code using a smart phone and enter the Sweepstakes any time during the Promotion Period. First time entrants will complete the registration page including their name, address, phone number, birth date, email address, and school name. Once completed, click “submit” and you will receive one entry in the Sweepstakes. Returning entrants will simply enter their email address. This method of entry requires a mobile device with QR Code scanning functionality and a mobile browser and digital service.

3) U.S. Mail: To enter the Sweepstakes by U. S. Mail, hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address (optional) and daytime telephone number on a 3” X 5” card, and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed, to: Labels for Education® program Win $50,000 in Stuff for Your School Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 832, Plainview, NY 11803-0832.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entrants may enter only by using the entry methods described in these rules.

Non-winning entries received for each Weekly Drawing will be eligible for subsequent Weekly Drawings.

(1) Grand Prize: A School supply package for the winner and winner’s school of choice.

The school will choose from one of the following school supply packages:
Tech-savvy Kids: Computers & Electronics;
Ultimate Athletics: Sports and Physical Education Equipment;
A Star is born: Music & Arts; and
Back to basics: Teacher & Classroom Resources.
Winner could choose from (1) of these packages at $50,000, (2) of these packages at $25,000/each or all (4) packages at $12,500/each; Total ARV: $50,000.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a Tech-savvy suite including a laptop, tablet, digital Camera, a gaming system, and a gift card to a sporting goods store. ARV: $2,500.

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $52,500. To receive prize, school must be registered in the Labels for Education program. In the event that the school cannot or does not want to register in the Labels for Education program, the Grand Prize winner may select an alternate school. Winning school is solely responsible for all installation costs or any other costs related to or associated with receipt of prize.

(39) First Prize Winners: Three (3) First Prizes will be awarded each week for thirteen weeks during the Promotion Period. First Prizes will vary each week but each prize will be a school supply valued between $10 - $20 each.

Total ARV of all prizes $53,208.
