The OP has Fable 3 listed as $4.99 on a current Community Vote deal, but clicking the link takes me to the store page where the pack is $12.49 (same price as the expired flash deal).
It doesn't look like Fable 3 can be bought individually for $5. Is the OP mistaken or did I miss out on the stand alone game going for $5? I don't care about the pack because I don't care about DLC - I just want the game for $5.

Like American Pie's awkward sexual depravity? Like it when 2 grown men act like petty children? Then check out the funniest series on TV [hulu.com]. Best episodes: Shrooming [hulu.com], Handyman [hulu.com], Dream Job [hulu.com], Mark Makes a Friend [hulu.com] . . . hell, they're all ridiculously funny. As long as sex, drugs, and man-children make you laugh. ![]() |

The fact that the retail price is still $20 amazes me. Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion is on sale for 25% off, which is a decent deal considering it came out last month. Rebellion is a "standalone expansion" rather than a true sequel. It includes all of the previous content and additionally splits the factions into Rebels and Loyalists, creating 6 'races' from 3 (obviously the two factions share many of the same units so they aren't completely different). There are a variety of other improvements in Rebellion, including some rather nice graphical ones, a new type of end-game ship as a way to deal with the ridiculous defensive power of Starbases (Titans), and some rather substantial AI improvements (though they still will chain suicide into your Starbases). However, even on sale for $30, that's a steep difference (there were a ton of complaints about the $40 price tag) from $5, but if you really liked the original Sins, I'd get Rebellion while it is on sale. If you haven't played Sins of a Solar Empire before but like Civilization-style games and don't want to shell out $30, I'd absolutely get Trinity for $5 - you really can't go wrong with that. The fundamental gameplay is very similar, there are just a lot of quality of life improvements and several new abilities/units in Rebellion. Last edited by Simca; 07-19-2012 at 06:37 AM.. |

I wish more listed controller compatibility. I screwed around and missed Limbo @ 2.50 Dammit! I was hoping Payday would drop back down to $5 so I can snap it up. Does anyone know if Killing Floor is natively compatible with a controller. I know it is not L33T to use a controller on PC but sometimes I like to kick back and play in a comfy chair.

Correct , base game and the 2 expansions . I too have the retail version and dont care for playing it through Impulse since Gamestop took it over . I'll probably re-buy it myself for a mear $5 . or Thinking of getting Rebellion which incorporates all the past SOSE with all the new goodies , but was I hoping for a lower price than $30 . It being so new , it just may not get any cheaper during the summer sale .

What tearsinthrain said...each case felt like a cheesy detective novelette, but if you like the genre, it's hard to beat this game at the price, I paid $20ish and don't regret it at all...It looks and plays great with all the effort they put into capturing the suspect/witness body language for the interviews was very impressive... |

I know I felt like it was missing when I played the original. Maybe I'm just conditioned to expect that in all games now- kind of like assuming all current day movies will have a happy ending. |
