Unfortunately, it was posted last year on 02-02-2012 at 03:57 PM. It's post number 3064 in the August 2011 thread. However, that's kind of ridiculous and I've been emailing regularly for the list for the past few weeks. I'm dying to know what I won that I never received due to my change of address.

Well, I won the CHI Touch dryer retail value: $240 , I got the winning email in Nov and I've been communicating back and forth with the girl who sent the email....BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!
She recommend I follow up with UPS...so I went there today.......they can't help because there is not a tracking number, and the girl doesn't have one to give me. Sooooo I'm SOL

go over her and find someone who can help and/or contact the company directly tell them you are upset and that you have the winning email to prove that you have won but have not been given a tracking # through UPS which in EVERY case UPS has to give you a tracking # thats their thing. you are being pulled by this lady who is telling she doesn't have a tracking info, ups always give tracking usps does not unless you buy it. if i where you i'd go after this product it is expensive, good luck

I definitely would not just let it go. There were only 10 of these sent out, so CHI should be able to find the Tracking # for you. I would go over her head and let them know that you will contact the BBB unless they give you the Tracking # or send you another one. Then if they don't, I would actually file a report with the BBB. I've found that usually gets a company's attention.

I have been emailing also, and have not gotten a response in quite a while. I did get a response a couple months back that it wasnt ready yet, but since then i have gotten nothing.

keep at it. Have you contacted allure also? Im not sure how much it will help but maybe they can look into it also

It is definatley the Redken, I got two notifications from UPS and they are both from L'oreal with Redken as a refrence. I got email notifications for the spray and the dry shampoo, so I am guess thats what this is.

Thank you guys for your input and help, after reading your responses it got my blood boiling. Lovefreebees, I used the link you posted. If I do not hear a response soon I'll contact Allure. Repped you guys and I'll post the status when I know something.

You may want to mention that you are posting updates on line at a site that has thousands of views a day by cosmetic aficionados. I have done that it the past and it wakes people up.
AS IT SHOULD because it is true. Mismanagement of the fulfillment negates any PR they get from participating in the allure giveaways.

just remember if she said she sent it by UPS or Fedex then there should be a tracking info.
if she sent it by usps mostly likey she should have purchased a delivery confirmation # since the prize is expensive.
