Sweepstakes begins at 12:01AM (Pacific Time) on July 9, 2012, and ends at 11:59PM (Pacific Time) on August 6, 2012

Open and offered only to HT+1 members who are legal U.S. residents age 13 or older as of July 9, 2012, who, at the time of entry, reside in and are physically located in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island and U.S. possessions and territories).

Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a prize consisting solely of one (1) 3 day/2 night trip for two (2) to the set of Breaking Bad which consists solely of:
(i) coach class air accommodation for Winner and one (1) guest from a major metropolitan airport nearest Winner’s permanent residence to the major metropolitan airport closest to the set of Breaking Bad (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1300),
(ii) accommodations for Winner and one (1) guest of one (1) standard, double occupancy room for three (3) days and two (2) nights in a hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (standard room rates and tax only)(ARV: $800),
(iii) ground transportation to/from the airport for Winner and one (1) guest (ARV:$300),
(iv) in-town ground transportation from the hotel to the Breaking Bad set for Winner and one (1) guest (ARV:$1000).

The TOTAL PRIZE ARV is Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($3,400.00). Winner and guest must be available to travel on dates specified in Sponsors sole discretion or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner must claim Prize within two (2) business days of attempted prize notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If Grand Prize Winner is under the age of 21, then the guest of Winner must be a parent or legal guardian of Winner. If the Winner does not have a valid driver’s license, Winner’s parent or legal guardian must possess a valid driver’s license for hotel or other rental purposes. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions stated on such tickets, and additional material restrictions may apply. Travel is subject to availability of flights, hotel and transportation rental locations, and other material restrictions may apply. Winner will be responsible for all incidentals, and any other costs so incurred (i.e. tip, meals, etc.) and/or incidentals and any additional costs/expenses incurred for the hotel room assigned to Winner. Capacity controls and blackout dates (which may vary at time of booking of travel) may apply. Prize trip must be taken on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Winner will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes in connection with the Prize and all other expenses and/or terms not specifically described as part of the Prize. If Prize or notification of Prize is returned as undeliverable, Winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by Winner. Potential Winner will be required to provide a valid driver’s license for car rental purposes if Winner chooses to rent a vehicle as the mode of ground transportation, or if Winner does not have a driver’s license, his or her parent or legal guardian’s valid driver’s license, his/her U.S. Social Security Number for tax purposes as well as a valid government issued photo identification card. The decision(s) of the Sponsor in all matters regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
