$3.90 at Lowe's of McKinney TX- I bought one and there are still a few in stock.
$4.70 at Allen TX
EDIT: Thanks to the poster who listed a bunch of stores that have these for under $3! Some stores are even as low as 60 cents

The same exact product goes for $18.99 on Amazon. The cookies w/out the holder goes for $12.39. Seems like a good deal to me since I will actually use them.
