My 40 dollar upgrade rebate already showed up at rebateshq.com but nothing show up for the 60 dollar rebate.

My card just arrived today. So net $40 for me.

I got my $70 MIR early august but I did the deal with the prior week's offer for the MIR.

My $40 rebate is in the system but not the $60. I call rebatehq this morning and the lady told me that the $60 offer is in valid promotion but it's not in the systme yet. She just asked me to wait. Anyone has the same problem?

I got the same response for the $60 rebate. Told it was pending and they don't have files set up for them yet in their system and to wait another 2 weeks.

Update 1: Now they're showing as an invalid purchase date one day later. Gonna use their chat to find out what's going on.

Update 2: They screwed up and entered it for the wrong promotion, but they validated it even though it's a higher promotion so I should be getting it in a few weeks. Awesome!

Neither of my submissions are listed as a result when I search for rebates via rebateshq.com, so I chatted with them on Friday. They have record of the $60 rebate, but not the $40 rebate. I was told to resubmit the $40 rebate. The rebates were mailed in the same envelope so I know they received it. I plan to wait a week or so and see if they process the $40 rebate, and if not, then resubmit.

um. it's not a good idea to combine multiple rebates into a single envelope.

I do realize this is a risk, but I have never had an issue with this in approximately 200 rebate submissions. Besides saving a stamp, it also helped once "prove" that a rebate was received by Parago. They claimed they had only received one of the two rebates, and when I explained to the rep via chat they were in the same envelope, they promptly credited the missing one. YMMV, but it's been working well for me.

I received confirmation emails for both the $40 and $60 rebates today, without having to resubmit the $40 as previously informed.
