PROMOTION SUMMARY. The Promotion consists of two (2) components: (1)
INSTANT-WIN GAME: Eligible participants may play for a chance to win an
Instant-Win Prize. One (1) Instant-Win Prize will be randomly awarded each day
of the Promotion Period. See Rule #3 for details. (2) CONTEST: Eligible
participants may submit an essay on behalf of their child. Five (5) Grand Prizes
will be awarded to the entrants of the winning essays. See Rules #4 and #5 for
details.

from your touch-tone telephone and follow the automated instructions to play for
a chance to win an Instant-Win Prize (also a “Play”). Callers will be required to
provide their first and last name, home address, city, state, zip code, phone
number with area code, and date of birth (as two digits for month, two digits for
day, and four digits for year). Limit one (1) Play per person/email
address/phone number/household per day, regardless of participation
method.

CONTEST. Visit the website, during the Promotion Period, and follow the
online instructions to register and submit an Essay (as described below) into the
Contest portion of the Promotion (a “Contest Entry”). The Essay should describe
(a) the occupation your child (Nominee) wants to be when he/she grows up; and
(b) tell us how you will use the $5,000 prize to help your child accomplish
his/her goal(s). The Essay must be original; contain a minimum of 100 words
and a maximum of 500 words; and be in English. Limit one (1) Contest Entry
per person/Nominee/email address

Contest Entries will be judged on the following criteria: (a) Creativity
(30%); (b) What the Nominee wants to be when he/she grows up and why
(30%); and (c) How Nominator would use the prize money towards giving
Nominee a “Quaker Power Their Potential” prize (40%).

ELIGIBILITY. INSTANT-WIN GAME: Open only to legal residents of the 50
United States (US) or the District of Columbia (DC) who are 18 years of age (19
in AL or NE) or older as of July 6, 2012. CONTEST: Nominators: To be eligible to
nominate an eligible person, you must be his/her parent or legal guardian, a
legal resident of the 50 US or DC, and 18 years of age (19 in AL or NE) or older
as of July 6, 2012. Nominees: To be eligible, a nominee must be a legal resident

. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)/ODDS OF WINNING.
INSTANT-WIN GAME: Eighty Eight (88; 1 per Day) Instant-Win Prizes:
Each Instant-Win Prize winner will receive a Nook Tablet
TM, pre-loaded with a minimum of $22 worth of apps. ARV of each Instant-Win Prize: $221.

CONTEST: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a
$5,000 cash prize which may be used towards creating a “Quaker Power Their
Potential” unique, hands-on experience that inspires your child to be whatever
occupation he/she wants to be. The cash prize will be awarded in the form of a
check or wire transfer, payable to winner. ARV of each Grand Prize: $5,000.

Total ARV of all prizes is $44,448. Allow 6-8 weeks after winner verification to receive prize.
