I received one t-shirt too (ordered 5) and sent email because it wasn't even one of the 5 shirts I ordered. Thought, after reading here, that maybe this was just the ONE free one, and would get a cancellation email after contacting them. However, when I pointed out they sent the wrong shirt, and then asked about my real order, I simply received an email stating new shirt in the mail. My cc is still charged the full amount too. This is weird..... Has anyone not received their full refund yet, like me? If so, what did you do about it?

They refunded my full amount and sent a free shirt. They apologized for the amount of time it was taking because apparently a ton of orders came in. If you contact them through Amazon's "Contact Seller" you will probably hear back sooner than later because it is tracked by Amazon.
For what it's worth, I think they did the right thing here by refunding *and* offering a free shirt as an apology. A couple of the feedbacks left for them on their seller page are outright crappy. It was a mistake and honoring every order would have probably set them back far more than they could afford. I got my refund notification yesterday from Amazon. No, I don't work for the company and my feedback is listed on their page as "Jonathan S". Yes it is a shame that the deal didn't go through but how many companies would go out of their way to send a free shirt to (supposedly) every person who had an order cancelled? I hope a few other folks consider leaving a positive feedback unlike Kris B. who wrote "Got them for a cheap price, but seller decided to refund, and jack up the price of shirts $15. Would give 0 if I could." Come on. |

Free t-shirt of my choice!
I also got an email stating that they would send me a free shirt for the inconvenience. Agree with others in saying that this company is trying to do the right thing with their free shirt offer. There have been many other price mistakes here on slickdeals where the orders are simply just cancelled without any token of apology. If you ordered from them and they offered a free shirt, please go to amazon and leave them a positive rating. Just for the record, I don't work for nor am I affiliated with this company in any way. I wish that I had received an e-mail letting me choose my free shirt because instead they told me nothing (so I thought the whole order was shipping) and picked a shirt I don't even like. Would have preferred the Burrito or Batstache one. I understand that it's a price mistake and I am complaining about what will probably soon be a free t-shirt, but I am disappointed about their lack of communication. How difficult is it to send an e-mail to everyone who ordered one of these shirts during the price mistake? Why are they sending them on a case by case basis (or not at all in my case)?

I haven't gotten any shirt yet. Tracking said by thurs. I never got an email from them either. I did email them and got a response quoting the email they will send, but they never actually sent me one. Luckily they refunded the order, but if it wasn't for this having been a deal on slickdeals, I would probably have no idea what is going on as a consumer and feel scammed.

I sell jewelry on amazon, and you can't group email to amazon email accounts, you have to go into your seller account and click on the customer name and then contact. |

You have to go into each transaction, click on the customer's name and then click on contact. Amazon does it to protect themselves from sellers cutting them out of the equation and contacting the customers directly on their own. |

I also got that one T-shirt (I ordered 60!) but no email regarding refund etc. Only when I complained to them and to Amazon, I got that standard reply saying I will be refunded (In other words, they did not refund automatically so far which is 28th evening). It looks like as another poster has speculated, they are playing the game of how many will settle with that one T-shirt and or forget the whole issue.

Didn't they refund the entire amount, inc. shipping? They did for me and sent a free shirt for the "inconvenience". However, they sent the wrong free shirt, meaning one that wasn't even on my initial order. When I contacted them about sending the wrong shirt, and to inquire about when would I receive the rest of my order, is when I found out about the "error" and they THEN sent me a free shirt of my choice. |
