ASUS X401a - New Budget Laptop Series (Is it good?)

So I was looking for a 14" laptop for school that basically runs very quiet and cool and has a decent battery life. I came across the ASUS X401a laptop and was wondering if this would be a good purchase for me. I tried to find reviews online about it, but didn't really find anything substantial. I was wondering if you guys have seen/used/heard about this laptop, and what your thoughts are on it?
