my brother has this.
we tested it in a pool and some water got in the phone. The headphone port stickers got wet as well. The phone does still work though |

I have this case and I have had no water problems at all. The case seems a little flimsy but I take it in the water with me at the beach and dont even worry about getting it wet. Lifeproof is good with their waranties on the case but are always busy when you try to get in contact with them.

I had this case when I had my 4s. GREAT case. Used it for about 2 weeks while Kayak'n some rivers. Just do the water break-in test when you first get it. The GoPro mount also works great!

Have one of these I paid $80 @ best buy in need of a case ASAP this has been a great case have had it in the water many times with no issues but I followed the directions from the start and did the water test. I also recommend this case for keeping dirt and fine particles out which was a big plus for the line of work I do. I bought a white case and I'm amazed how well it cleans up after getting extremely dirty.
