so uhh...if we ordered more than once do we get our orders or no?

I only placed one order with the coupon code. I wanted to order more stuff but couldn't because their site was acting so crazy. So the following day, after the madness had died down, I placed another order. Did NOT use the coupon code a 2nd time, as a matter of fact they had already ended the promotion by that time.

I got the email from them crying foul and they did indeed cancel my first order, the one I used the $20 coupon code on. I replied to their email but haven't heard back from them. I've already gotten the shipment notice for the 2nd order that I placed with them.

I will NEVER order from this site again & I'm mad that they shipped the 2nd order because I don't want to give them any business. There's no reason to punish a sincere customer who just so happened to have ordered from you more than once because of people scamming the system.

My order came today. I got an email confirming my order but never one saying it was actually sent. But regardless I received it today. I only ordered 1 item, btw.
