I use a WRT54G and WAP54G as a repeater. Would I need to buy 2 of these Belkins to have a repeater as well or would my WAP54G still be usable? Or would using the WAP54G just mess everything up. I wonder how much better my signal will be at 5Ghz (less interference from all of the 2.4Ghz devices in my home)

edit: I keep my router in the basement and need to reach bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

Pretty much the same except for the addition of dual bands.

Which could be very useful depending on the area you're living in.

You would probably want to install the TomatoUSB firmware, it will have support for external USB drives, NTFS, etc. Keep in mind that there are USB 3.0 routers out on the market now.
