Already got my clubs this afternoon, now I need to wait for the rain to clear to go hit them! :-)

UPS guy just stopped by and dropped off my irons.

I googled their location, and granted I'm a stones throw away in SW Michigan, I'm still pretty damn impressed they managed to get these out that fast after selling over 800 sets.

Just got my set this afternoon....Stoked to try them out.

Mine are being delivered today. My other Callaway driver, hybrids and putter are scheduled for tomorrow.

Gotta work late tonight but I see a trip to the driving range in my future for tomorrow or Wednesday!

I finally completed my golf set with all of the great slick deals lately...

got the Diablo driver ($54), 4 wood, 3H hybrid, and Odyssey putter from the other slick deal

got the Diablo iron set ($219) from this deal

and got the Ogio Grom bag from the ogio.com (40% off using code "Baddeley")... yeah it's a bit heavier (7 lbs) than the ultralite bags, but I really liked this bag because it has 14 individual slots/dividers for each club.

looks pretty nice... but whether or not it will help me play any better??? we shall see

I'm replacing my old Taylor made set I've used for over 10 yrs.. Usually shoot in the low 90s.. But maybe this'll give me more reasons to practice and play more!

I just opened my box of clubs and have been checking them out. My 8 iron has an extra sticker near the bottom of the shaft. It is a Callaway sticker telling me where to register the clubs and has the item number on it. Then on the club head right where it meets the shaft there is a serial number. This is the only club in the set that has a serial number. Anyone else have anything similar?

It is fairly typical to have the serial number be on only one of the clubs in an iron set. However, confirmation from another owner who didn't partake in this deal would probably ease a couple of minds here.

Worst case scenario, you can always call Callaway up and run those serial numbers by them to see if they're genuine.

I just looked at another Diablo Edge Iron set that wasn't a remake and it had the serial number on the 8 iron as well. I think all is well.
