just do what the OP says by going to store locator and clicking on the store that has the item in stock. then click on their clearance section and then tv/video. It may or may not be in there... if it is in there (meaning item actually on clearance at that store) then the price should be $20.99.

The above process rules out stores that just simply have the item in stock for whatever process and stores that actually have the item on clearance.

No whatever the final price is at check out online you will be charged. You can ask them if they will refund you, but that is up to them.

Well he can do a return/rebuy immediately to get the clearance price. I've done it before. these will go great with my bootleg collection.

Can also do the exchange process, which equates to the same thing almost. The only differnce is with the exchange process, they will price match themselves and give you back the difference. With the return and rebuy, you would have to swipe your card for the rebuy where in the exchange, you don't even need your card.

But no matter what, it doesn't avoid their process of taking your id and logging it in as a return or exchange. I was once told by a BB employee they track all returns so to eventually blacklist a customer if it becomes excessive. Anyone knows if there is an inklet of truth to that

This is showing as available at multiple stores around me for the full price of $139.99, but one store has it listed in the clearance section at $26.99.

not that im completely informed or anything but a bit of truth in that statement probably comes from if you do many returns to BB without having a receipt, they will eventually blacklist you and not take any more returns without receipts.
