Me: Listen,I paid with Paypal, so my purchase is guaranteed. If Sears can't get it fromthis scammer, it will just come out of the their pocket. What I am concernedabout is that the seller is still listed on the marketplace and the product isstill for sale.
Me: DoesSears have no way of contacting one of its merchants? No one at your companycan call this person to clarify all the confusion?

Yeah but they still didnt give you the tracking number or a phone number to verify... If they were legit, they should say something like... "If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 1-888-Fru-adme for customer care etc.....

TBH I dont know. I want to believe but I'm having bad gut feeling

Eh, I guess I'm just more optimistic than that. I wasn't guaranteed my package would be shipped the next day, so it doesn't hurt my feelings that he didn't give me a tracking # yet. I got a response from a human within hours of my email, so I'm satisfied for now. Ask me how I feel tomorrow if I don't have a tracking #.

I just got my shipping confirmation with tracking number. My order was delivered in AZ in February of this year and weighed 9 pounds. That's a far cry from 100 pounds to Chicago. Looks like we all bought ourselves a bit of a headache and lots of phone calls.
