any idea when they will start offering the 2013 NFL package with this? im waiting for the that to pull the trigger on DirecTV. Now that G4 is about to be cancelled and repackaged there is no reason for me to hold out. i just want to make sure i get to take advantage of a full nfl season tho.

I had multiple reps and supervisors swear that the raf and Costco card could not be combined. Finally emailed the office of the president of dtv. Within 24hrs a rep contacted me and offered me $120 and $100 to my dad who was referring me.
Interestingly the rep told me that I couldn't add more discounts or credits, that I had maxed out my acct. So she have me a limp sum. I was installed in early November and expect my card in a couple of weeks |

I got everything installed on the 1st. Will find out in a few weeks f I got both the Costco rebate ($200) and RAF.

I finally got my $200 prepaid VISA card in the mail yesterday. I was installed in late August and they told me I had to have good account standing for 30 days then I would receive the card 6-8 weeks after that. I called after 8 weeks past and they said I needed to wait up to 12 weeks. I told them that was ridiculous. I wanted a few more months of Showtime to finish up this season of Homeland so they gave me that. I wonder what else I could have gotten out of them? Anyway, got the card, and it only took 9.5 weeks! Why does it take them so long?

I installed on the 21st of November and got my card on Saturday. I'm not sure why it's quick for some and so long for others.

Got my $200 card over the weekend. Still waiting for the RAF discount - called on that a couple of weeks ago and they said they'd "escalate" it

Thanks op! Installation was last Wednesday and took about 40 min. Just got Costco GC and RAF worked as well.

DirecTv asked me to prove that I don't live at my current address anymore. They wanted my gas and electricity bill OR they want me to schedule my move to the new place and only then they will come and install it under my wife's name. I went ahead and scheduled a move to my old house. I scheduled the move for Dec. 6th. They tried to get me to sign a 12month ext. and I told them I can't do that. So, they waived that. They charged me about $50 for it, but I told them I can do move on my own and they said if I don't end up using their contract guy for move - they will credit the amount back into my account. I got new installation done on the 1st of December under my wife's name. On 3rd I called and cancelled my move and my old account. They refunded me the $50 they charged for the move.  Today, I got my Costco rebate approved and it's on it's way. I got RAF too, but that hasn't showed up on account yet. I was told it will show up from 2nd month. *fingers crossed* |
