Over a dozen dead in mass shooting and gas attack at a movie theater

He wont qualify for the insanity defense. Few people do. It all comes down to did he know, at the time he committed the crime, that what he was doing was wrong?

He claimed to be the Joker, a character who has always been a villain. There goes that twinkie defense.

Sorry about that. I live in an area I like to call bumblefark, USA. It's somewhat more countryside and the people are nice here, but lately within the past year people I've gotten to know have come out of the woodwork, so to speak.

No idea what happened with this drastic change, but it has been annoying the **** out of me. It's almost day to day.

A lot of homes in the area have gone up on auction, and short saled, so people have moved out, but generally the population has stayed the same.

Personally, I think I need a huge influx of Asian people (currently the population of Asian people stands at 0.01% I believe, not a joke, official census chart I saw not too long ago) to but some of these guys in their place, because it's a slightly upper middle-class area, that could use a lot less bigotry.

When I'm hanging out with friends "downtown", it never happens. I never see the bigotry (or at the very least, on the same level as), as the uptick I've noticed here.

So I need to move, because it is really depressing to know the neighbors I live with. It sickens me honestly. They might as well put a WBC nearby and call it good.

Could you possibly make a more uninformed & callous statement? Colorado is no more susceptible to shootings than any other city in the United States, or the world for that matter. Let us all hope it doesn't happen at the movies, or anywhere else for that matter. BTW, North Carolina isn't exempt from shootings either.

I live in illinois and one of the victims went to high school literally blocks from my house...only 1 year older too

Colorado is a beautiful state, I can see myself living there.
