Well, yes, nobody in the US is running a sale on it right now. If you want the Gift Set, this is a good price. But if you just want it for the series, when it was released back in March it was $35. I got lucky and was able to PM and then stack 15% off with store brand credit card at Meijers (didn't post because the I couldn't confirm stacking and I didn't get home until 11:30pm on a one day deal). Wait until Season 2 comes out in the US and I'll bet it drops down below $40 again.

Then again goHastings has it in stock used for $45, and they've been running a bunch of 30% off specials and one 40% special the last couple of months, in fact they were at 30% off last week. With 30% and $2 shipping you get $31.50 plus $2 shipping. They are really good about the quality of their used stuff, and I've NEVER had to pay any return shipping with any order problems (but use their phone number for customer service, NOT their email). With Blu-rays the only problem I've had with quality was that I once had to clean off small fingerprint smudges from used children's movie I purchased from them.

I think this is still a good deal but note there are differences between US collectors edition and the UK one. It seems the UK one only comes with bluray editions while the US one also includes dvd copy and digital version as well.
