Intel i5 2500k + free Biostar H61MLV mobo $169.99 In Store @ MicroCenter

Microcenter has i5-2500k for $169.99 with additional $50 off when buying cpu+mobo bundle. The AD doesnt show it, but it does have the $50 off promotion. I just purchased mine in NorCal store, came out 169.99 + 39.99 (intel mobo, original 89.99).

That promotion is terribly broken if you managed to pull that off. The ad itself says the $50 off is restricted to Z68/Z77/X79 chipsets. There aren't any $89.99 Intel boards listed in your link; searching through Microcenter's site pulls up the H67 BOXDH67BLB3 [microcenter.com]. This, of course, also ignores that the 2500K isn't listed as part of the promotion, either.

Not a knock on you, OP. It wouldn't be the first time Microcenter screwed up a promotion—just saying that if you're indeed correct, the CPU restriction isn't the only thing they screwed up.

And that's the mobo I bought lol. He said that all 1155 mobos have $50 off promo, not sure if thats true. I can upload the receipt if anyone finds that helpful.

Yes K does have integrated graphics, but considered to be one of the main advantages of the K is the unlocked multiplier. Why cripple it with an H61 that locks multiplier..may as well spend an extra couple of bucks and unleash the K.

All Sandy Bridge chips have an integrated GPU on the CPU. The k denotes an unlocked chip, which means it can be overclocked. The k chips also come with HD 3000 graphics (or 4000 for ivy bridge) instead of the HD2000 graphics on the non-k versions.

So yes, the i5-2500k in this deal can be overclocked, but the H61 motherboard will not allow it, which is kind of a wonky pairing, unless you just want a quad core CPU for cheap out the door. It would be best to get a Z68 or P67 motherboard (or Z77) with this CPU, so you can actually overclock them.
