With Purchase: found on Premium Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, McMuffin® Sandwiches (excluding Sausage McMuffin), Medium Fries, Hash Browns, Oatmeal, Filet-o-Fish® and Medium McCafé® Cold Beverages (served in a clear cup). When a McDonald’s restaurant runs out of specially marked packaging with Game Pieces, that specially marked packaging may not be resupplied.

One Game Piece will be mailed in response to each mail-in request that complies with the requirements of these Official Rules, while supplies last. Mail-in requests must be postmarked no sooner than July 10, 2012 and must be postmarked by August 13, 2012 and received by Sponsor no later than August 20, 2012. Requests from Vermont residents that are postmarked in VT may omit return postage.

One Online Pre-Promotion Sweepstakes Prize: Trip to London 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony for two. Prize consists of: four (4) days, three (3) nights trip for winner and one (1) guest to the London 2012 closing ceremony on August 12, 2012. Trip includes round trip coach air travel for two (2), three (3) nights’ accommodations (one double occupancy standard room) checking in on August 11, 2012 and checking out on August 14, 2012, airport transfers in London on the Heathrow Express, two (2) tickets to the closing ceremony and $2,000 total towards meals and incidentals.
