What like a dog house for 5K? Also its not like you just buy a house and sit and collect money. There are many other expenses that go along with home ownership not to mention the liabilities. What if something breaks in the rental property you have to fix it. You need much larger emergency fund to cover the liability and responsibility you have to the tenants. |

I have several houses I purchased for around 50k each, and rent out from upper 700's to low 900's that covers the mortgage and brings in about 4-6k year income. where as the bottom is dropping out of the stock market and our us dollar continues to be worth less which actually helps people that invest in something tangible but hurts stock traders. \ the facts are the facts, this isnt 1999 where people were seeing yearly 7-20% returns. Target sucks -
