Can new users receive PM from other members?
I am new in creating my account. I am wondering because in the top of slick deals is showing me a massage saying "Welcome Damascus! Please be aware that threads from new users are moderated and will require moderator approval before it will appear to the public. Private messages are also disabled until you reach a certain number of posts. My question is, can I still receive PM from other members? What does PM disabled mean? |

Disabled means turned off...so until you have participated enough you won't be able to use the PM feature.
