I used my $10 off $50 on 3 orders before I posted it. It now shows as redeemed for me as well. So, it appears they are 1 time use.

Another code for $15 off $100 that was posted did take in my cart, so they may not be account specific, just limited to 1 use or until the Sears system recognizes it as used.

ShopDiscover (Discover Card) has 10% cashback bonus right now also.

A ShopDiscover supervisor advised me that if any discounts appear in the cart, such as from coupon codes, the purchase is ineligible for cashback. I lost about $160 on seven Sears purchases, when cashback was 15%, because I used coupon codes that discounted my purchases around $35.

Yup, just like with most CB programs if you use a coupon code you wont get the cashback reward as well.

Code JULY15 is good for $15 off $100. The long number codes are one time use.

I have also lost Discover CB by using codes. That's why I like MrR CB except for Groupon...Discover is pretty good about that 10% CB.

And as i mentioned in an earlier post, you can use this coupon and buy two of them for a total of $123.23 (w/coupon), and then as soon as you pick them up just take it right over to the tools dept. and return one of them for a refund of $61.62 and keep the other one for that same price. So it's about $2 more than the original deal I posted, but still the best price I have ever seen on this set.

Showing as $67.99...did it go up in price? I never used a $10 off $50 coupon...I think they just changed it to $15 off $100

It's still showing up as $10 off $50 on my account, and I even already used it once. That's what makes me think it may be a regional thing where it varies by store.

You can still get it for $61.65 if you do as I outlined above and purchase two of them and return the one, so it's only about $2 more if you do it that way.

Man, I really thought I was going to get my first Front Page deal with this one! It went FP last week at $80 and people were clamoring over it, and this deal is $20 cheaper (or $18 cheaper if you get the $15 off $100 instead of $10 off $50 and have to do the buy 2, return 1 method).

Hell, even without the coupon it's $67.99 which is still $12 cheaper than the last FP deal! Oh well, maybe next time.

I agree, this was a slicker deal than the front page one. Slickdeals is an unusual animal. What is in demand one day doesn't get much of a notice the next.

It is because the deal can often NOT replicate for most people. Most are seeing the 10% off only.

Yeah, but even if you don't have the $10 off $50 coupon on your Deals page the price is still $67.99 which is $12 lower than it was when it went FP last week. Or you can do as I've mentioned several times and use the $15 off $100 and get two of them and return the one right after picking it up, for a net price of $61.62. So no matter how you slice it, it is still a hell of a deal and it's the lowest price this has ever been.

It's no biggie, I was just kinda excited to maybe have my first front page deal after 5 years on SD. I always get in on great deals that others post, but it's rare that I'm able to return the favor by finding deals that haven't been posted yet.
