I live in a city FILLED with Italian restaurants and yet idiots still go to places like Olive Garden. Most chain restaurants have no character... so bland, so boring. There are a few exceptions but OG is not one of them. I'm pretty certain 99% of their staff doesn't know what gnocchi is.

I always mention and show them the coupon when they come to take the order, some then say, I'll take it now or some say, just give it to me at the end of the meal with the bill.
