Youtube video showing the pressure washer in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFbG3je3v1o

Free shipping link, through Tylertools (same company): Free shipping [tylertool.com]

anybody who paid for shipping should call and threaten to cancel and order from tyler tools, they refunded shipping very fast that way...

NOTE THAT PSI = POUNDS PER SQUARE INCH. This is a unit of pressure. Under standard conditions, this is the amount of pounds of pressure exerted on a square inch of space. If you require more information, please talk to Bob.

CPO terms state sale isn't returnable for any reason if it has any oil or gas in it. Many units are arriving with evidence of oil and gas already in them pre-voiding (if that's possible) the warranty.

About $35 off -- reviews seem mixed to me. Why is it all of these have people talking about plastic parts and hoses melting, units smoking, etc.? Is this really that complicated a device?

Reviews: Amazon [amazon.com] & cpooutdoor.com [cpooutdoor.com]

Looks like the guy complaining about the hoses melting and the on/off swtich is the same person who left almost the same review on both sites.

I'm looking for one, first time buyer. Not sure if I should pull the trigger

my friend lent me his pressure washer -- think it was a sears craftsman. it was my first time using one and after running it for a while i quickly found out the same thing. that is, i'd be too busy blasting away that the hose would come in contact with hot engine. the hose melted in a number of places and depending on how badly the hose had melted, it may or may not leak. anyways i'm not convinced this is a design flaw but more my own. i bought a new hose and knowing the engine gets very hot, i was extremely careful in keeping the hose away from the engine (no probs on the second hose). $175 for a pressure washer seems decent....i would get it but i know that i can borrow my friend's for free. I can see th design flaw that is mentioned in the review.
There is nothing to protect from hose hitting engine/exhaust.

Compare it to this craftsman model. [sears.com]

I have one similar to the craftsman design and NEVER had an issue.
Living in South FL it's used yearly.
