these batteries are not 4000mah... I think they are around 2000mah.
Knowledge means knowing that a tomato is a fruit, WISDOM means not using it in a fruit salad.

Reviews indicate that these may be mislabeled as 4000 mAh. The charger does not look to be that well made either.
The price is similar to what can be bought directly from China with known good reviews: http://www.dealextreme.com/c/batteries-400 Perhaps a better charger: http://s.dealextreme.com/search/18650+charger Deal Extreme is a good site to order stuff through . I think the seller is adding the two batteries mAh ratings (2x2000=4000mAh)
