Walgreens 8/12 - 8/18

I've been saying that for months! The card is like a rewards credit card, you don't lose anything by using it, well now we do if we DON'T use it. Wags is still under contract with Catalina, so the RR are not going away.

One of my local stores depends on me to make their cosmetics counter sales every week. I was told that what I put through the register accounts for at least 80% of their sales. Considering I've hit them 3X this week, with a 4th trip planned on Sat and we run at least $500 in co's every trip, tells you how much I spend. I am constantly being offered by other stores to order for me now that they are depending on every cent, but as I keep telling them, my "home store" has always ordered for me, even when your location had a problem with me doing a couple of transactions back to back, there's NO WAY I'm going to jepordize my relationship with my "home store" to make your numbers look better temporarily!

What areas have these deals? Were they in the wrap around, also?

I went to a Wags near my m-i-l's house (about 115 mi. from me), I got some of the pens, pencils and highlighters and took them up to the register. The cashier started ringing them up. I noticed they were all full price. I showed her my ad and asked why the price was different. She got an ad from her store and we discovered she didn't have the wrap-around ad. She called her manager and she was told to price match my ad. Never had that happen before. Seems like I remember last year that there were regional school items on different weeks.

Once more with feeling: this is not a glitch!

I posted upthread the other day that this price is a tagged deal through 8/25 on select varieties of Scope, Crest and Oral-B t/b (though only some of the tagged products produce the RR). A number of us have done an excellent job reporting which products have worked for the DD (pricing + RR). I would post images of these tags myself but I've got datacapping issues.

Same thing happened to me Sunday night, because as fellow paper-goods junkie WBBell surmises ...
I noticed that my RRs have both the old style 12-digit and new 13 (or is it 14?) -digit numeric string but only the longbar code.

It's no glitch: my store has monthly BOG50% tags on select varieties of Scope, Crest and Oral-B. Happy shopping.

Hmm, all my RRs this week and last have just the long barcode ...

I dug out the August Monthly deals thread and didn't see this listed, so just want to check....Is it ONLY the price BOGO 50% that is monthly??? Not the RR deal??

I haven't been to Wags this week. I thought I'd make a last minute run and get some of the Renew Life Omega Super Krill. But, then, I realized all my $10 RRs are from the Renew Life deal two weeks ago. Can someone tell me if I use the RRs from the previous Renew Life deal will this week's Renew Life RR print or not? Thanks.
