There are maybe 4 or 5 songs on this album that are ok. It is a deal at 99 cents, just wish they had The Blueprint at this price.

Completely different argument.

When I'm downloading an album, all I'm doing is downloading a copy of the album. If you think it's the same as physical theft, there's a problem.

Yep. MP3 files from a server that Amazon owns is what is being sold.

I do not enjoy rap as much anymore, so I will pass.

As for Douglas, there is no way that you will convince him that what he does is wrong. That is the problem that governments are having with individuals -- the files are being "shared" and "copied" and in these acts would-be consumers and pirates feel as if it is not the same as a physical copy of the product.

Why is this? It could be ease-of-access or simply The product not feeling tangible and being digital. The feeling that it is a copy makes pirates feel it is okay. Howeve, it's best understood that digital content is content legally shared with another business to be sold to consumers. In other words, it's contractually, legally allowed for the company to sell it.

The consumers and pirates do not have that same contractual, legal allowance that the companies have, so for you to download it via another person or place without the rights, you are stealing content and products, although you do not feel you are.

So yeah, not a big fan of Jay-Z. Hoping there's a better deal tomorrow!!
