I have also done this Chase bank account offer, and it was the easiest $200 I ever made. They deposited it within weeks of when I met the requirements. |

Better than eBay
There is this one guy who gives away a free bonus code when you text your e-mail address to him (315-430-9913). You have to buy one (less than $8) off of a certified paypal invoice he sends you, but then you get the other free. When I bought mine he also offered to sell me step-by-step instructions so I could sell the coupons on eBay too. He originally asked me for $50 but do not pay that much for it bc I got him to knock it down to $25. seemed like a real pushover ![]() after reading other posts i figured some more info would be appreciated. it expires 8/15/12 and requires direct deposit (which can be imitated, fortunately... I'm a college student without a job, do I not qualify for this since I don't have any direct deposit?

$200 bonus is rare, $100-$125 is typical. It's worth mentioning that if you habitually open & close bank accounts (every time you open an account, an entry is made into Chexsystem - which is like credit reporting for banks), Chase may opt (not consistent, very frustrating) to reject your business... but usually not until days after they approve the account.
But there are some strengths to large banks. Convenience services like text & mobile banking, online billpay, etc. are often stronger & more refined. Large loans (mortgage, HELOC, commercial trucks, start-up businesses etc.) typically have better rates. And among big banks, Chase is a better option to begin a relationship with. |
