But there are some strengths to large banks. Convenience services like text & mobile banking, online billpay, etc. are often stronger & more refined. Large loans (mortgage, HELOC, commercial trucks, start-up businesses etc.) typically have better rates. And among big banks, Chase is a better option to begin a relationship with.
