Sushezi Sushi Made Easy - $17.36 FS with Prime

I'm not one to go for all the quirky kitchen gadgets...but that actually looks cool.

wtf, bell pepper sushi roll?

Love this thing. I find it a huge time saver but not everybody will find it easy to use.

Bought it originally so my partner could make kimbap without having to wait for me to do it. The plan was I would have everything cooked and ready, she would go to the fridge grab what she needed and throw it all in the Sushezi. It was a train wreck. So, going to add the caveat that for some, it's not going to be all that easy.

If you have hand/nerve issues or arthritis I can't recommend this highly enough. I can do 6-8 rolls and my hands are fine and my rolls are tight and don't fall apart when I plunk 'em in the nori and hack 'em up.

You don't have to make 'sushi' rolls per se. I almost make a salad wrap, including thinly sliced scrambled egg, cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, onions, and whatever meat I have on hand (deli meats work very well). Think of it as a modified Gimbap [wikipedia.org].

Agree! I think I should give this little thing a try...

Picked this up for about $20-$25 last December. It works pretty well, but all the nori I've bought is too short for it. Doesn't matter though, I just fill it up a little shorter.

This is just wrong.

I always ask my guests what they think it is used for BEFORE revealing its true use.

Bamboo roller is a PITA, especially for rice on the outside rolls. Added to my amazon wishlist, would like to get sometime. Repped!
