That's incorrect. I've look at the list. All those counties are in the Bay or LA. Which county are you in? You may not think you are in the Bay or LA, but you are. Arguably Sacramento is not but even on Bay Area news stations, they will report it as part of the Bay Area when talking about weather.

Regardless, where's San Diego? Where's Orange? Where's Imperial? I can go on and on. Thus it's not ALL OVER California.
