I just called them and was able to place an order online. Even for them the website is not working, and they had to use an older system to place my order. Hopefully it still goes through! Approximate call wait time at 10:25 am eastern time was about 4 minutes.

The site says that my account doesn't exist, but I got a confirmation e-mail immediately after ordering. I did order as soon as I saw the deal, so the web site wasn't that slow yet.

Everyone better stock up. The north face is awesome outdoor gear for people that NEVER go outdoors. I have said this many times before, but save your money and go buy quality gear. Mountain hardwear, Arc'teryx, Marmot, Patagonia. You will pay more, but the quality is there. In the past 10 years TNF has been a sinking ship, quality wise. They use cheaper zippers, snaps, even the stitching has gone downhill.
