Apple MC608LL/A iPhone 4 16GB AT&T Smartphone - Black $239.99 + Shipping

I have been looking for a AT&T smartphone for a while now and feel this is good. Why is this thumbed down? I found a grade 7.

Why the thumbs down. Usually cowboom is like new items but not usually phones though. Grade 7 are new but returns.
Still a good deal.

Cowboom had iPhone 4 16gb for $199 grade 4-6 before. So i wouldnt say it's the best deal but decent.

I'm not sure why the thumbs down. I'm not the biggest apple fan, but their iphone is still a solid smart phone for att. Cowboom is also great. The price isn't bad either.

However, you should be aware of one thing. They are selling you a used phone and they usually don't have pics of this used item. Instead they rate the condition. This rating is not the most reliable thing, so they might send you a phone in horrible condition. But the company does returns very easily, so if you get the phone and you're not happy you'll simply send it back via an rma and get your money back. I've personally ordered 4 phones from them. Three were great, one was in terrible condition. I returned it no problem.

does AT&T will unlock with the proof of purchase ?
Does we need to have AT&T account to submit unlock request?

it wont let me search the grades. it just puts a grade 4 in my cart. is this normal?

A returned product, by definition, is not new. It's used, anyway you try to twist it.
It was sold, removed from the place of purchase. The FTC has ruled that makes
the item used, cannot be sold as new.
But please don't take my word for it. Ask a BB Store Manager, it's explained in their training materials.
BB has been nailed for selling returns as "new" several times.
