Need a laptop fast! Help me find a good/decent/fair deal!

Okay, so i'm looking for a deal on a laptop. It doesnt have to be the best deal of the year because i'm in a pinch for time (need to buy 24hrs or so). What i'll be using this for is payroll for a second job and also streaming netflix/surfing the web. That's about sums up the use. Now if what I need is overkill, please explain why. This is what I was told I needed by a local store.

I can spend $300-450 but trying to stick lower of course. todays Woot has a laptop but you can buy it for 429 at bestbuy new. Any thoughts on that one?

Needs to have:
4gig ram
at least 400gig hard drive
2.0 ghz or more proc.
wireless

Want to have but not a need:
HDMI
finger print scan thingy
