I don't care anything about coffee, but need to cash out some money at office depot.

Does anyone have a link to a qualifying product(s) from OD for these rebates?

-Where on the form do i put the business name? I assume its the first line on the left. Any tricky areas that i could mess up on?

-Does office max send the correct supplier invoice with the shipment or do i need to call them to get the correct invoice? Or, do i make a copy of the invoice that officemax sent me in the confirmation email?

Put the business name in the first line, the "Office Name" box.

You should be able to just print out a copy of your order as an invoice; the copy that they sent you should work. Just be sure that the date shows up on it; I've had to re-submit before because I printed out the order from the order history page, and it didn't have the date on it. I resolved that by also sending in the order history page that had the order number and the date on it.
