Doing just a "restore" won't help...because you're basically just wiping your data and installing the same thing back again. What you need to do (when the time comes) is to do a fresh installation. Heck, just do a backup and take it to Apple. It just sounds to me that your iPad has faulty wifi. Apple will swap it in a jiffy.

Also depends on the techs at the Genius Bar The ones at my Apple store, don't ask questions if it's a hardware issue, they just just swap it out.And if it's an issue (as the link suggests) that's widespread, then there's probably a good chance that the techs are already aware of it. Though I guess one screenshot like this [tinypic.com], should be more than enough. |
