Hagen/Sinclair Research Recruiting Health Insurance Year Long $80 - $200 for year

This is Gerry Capatos of Hagen/Sinclair Research Recruiting. We are partnering with a health care technology company, to create a paid advisory panel of health insurance consumers, and I'm writing to invite you to join it.



We are seeking a select group of health care consumers to be our advisors throughout the course of one year.



Castlight's HDHP Consumer Advisory Panel begins in August 2012 and ends in August 2013. Participation will require completing three to six 5- to 10-minute surveys and one or two 60- to 90- minute phone/webex interviews or blogs before the year ends.



Survey and phone interview topics will range from how you choose a new doctor to how you budget for health care. Your feedback will help Castlight Health build an online tool that helps people more easily shop for health care.



You will receive $10 to $75 for each survey or interview, totaling between $80 and $200 for the year.



To qualify, you must be able to provide evidence of your current health insurance coverage. You will also be asked to sign and return a mutual non-disclosure agreement to protect your own confidentiality as well as the information that will be revealed during the research.
