Deal Details

I did not believe it myself but it worked for a prior booking we had for November 2012. Requested brochure and a day later called our travel agent (even before the brochure arrived). They merged my existing Latitudes account with the new one that got created and applied the $100 credit!

Thumbs Down "Unable to replicate deal"...did you give it more than 5 minutes?? You submit your info to HSN then to NCL. Give it say 24 hours then call to see if they have your info. Truely the instructions say to wait for the brochure.

Here is a thread to show you just how many people it is working for if they follow directions... http://boards.cruisecritic.com/sh...?t=1671441

This is a good deal. I'm a travel agent and any way to get an extra $100 in credit is a win.

Bean, it depends on your situation. If it is you/significant other and a child you might be ok. I've been in the smallest with two adults (including myself) and it was fine. If it is three adults you might want to book 2 of the interior rooms.

You can book through anywhere. Looks like your just getting an NCL account with a $100 credit on it. Just have to give the number to whoever your booking with. All rooms are small unless you get a suite so its up to you if you want a dark room or one with natural light though a window or balcony.

It will take a little getting used to the tiny space inside your room if it is the first time you cruise. Try to book a room in the middle of the ship and avoid aft room if you are in the lower level. You can usually get a balcony room for about $700 more on a 7-day cruise or $200+ for an oceanview room.

Hi, I believe that me and my family meet all the requirements for this. We booked a trip for Aug 17th through a travel agency. I just submitted the brochure request and it simply said "thank you for your request" or something like that. So my question is now, how do I complete the deal? Do I need to call the travel agency like op did? What do I say to them? Also, can I request a brochure for each person on the trip for more credit? Thanks for anyone who can help me!

I will not get an interior cabin ever again - not because of the size, but the lack of light. It's very disorienting to wake up and haveno clue whether it is 2am or 2pm. I absolutely hated it. The exterior cabins are great.

This will be my twin's third cruise and they are not yet four! For me the best part with NCL is the freestyle meaning dinner anytime at an yof the restaurants; no set seating. Kids club is great too if they are at least 3. Disney may be better but the price difference is too much for me.

The rooms are small but you are not there much at all, just to sleep and get dressed. They usually have room plans and pictures to help you decide. We like the one upgrade from the lowest to have just a little more room. We usually go with lots of family in separate cabins so we may have people in and out making plans and gathering to go to eat. Sometimes they have free upgrades, it doesn't hurt to ask. I don't mind the interior cabins. They have a clock to see what time it is and I don't necessarily want to wake up at 6 am with the sunrise on vacation. I love the blackout drapes in hotels for vacations. My sister gets an outside/balcony cabin. They are the same for the most part as the interior, they just have a window or balcony. She wakes up before sunrise anyway. Not worth the extra cash to me, but I'm frugal. Big Grin
