can you provide a link? im based out of nyc. i use it primarily for exports via courier at global easy buy with ebay, currently i pay taxes on all the electronics fob.

F'n a. my dad owned his own resturant/bar my whole life growing up. You can even buy things tax exempt at sams club etc. Suppliers that give the food etc sell the items tax exempt as well. Theres no reason electronics are different.

If you really do have a business you would know about tax exemptions when you are reselling the items...

so basically you're a "briefcase company", not incorporated or anything
you're just dealing electronics to foreign buyers
Buying stuff locally here in the USA and turning them around.

are you selling computers? or dealing in Ipads?
just wondering as anyone who's an actually licensed reseller would be exempted from tax.
And if you're an exporter, you get tax exemption as well as the products aren't used in the USA

course that's if you're doing legit by the book business
