Good grief I just bought one of these from newegg half a week ago because it was the cheapest at $69.99 after rebate and now its $55.

Newegg reviews are limited, but the reliability doesn't sound bad for this. Considering that it's new...it's pretty hard to say no at this price.
Now all I need is a device to use it on. All my laptops already have SSDs from stupidly awesome sales over the last 10 months or so. |

They're not a terrible company, but due to the rapidly changing nature of their inventory (as they specialize in offloading other companies' surplus items), they tend to make a few *mistakes* in their favor from time to time. Are they without blame? No. Are they terrible? I don't believe so--and that's based on probably a dozen purchases from them (at least 10 possibly 15). FYI: I've gotten bad items, but the one time I thought it worth a return, the refunded me no questions asked (even though it was a firmware error of the Kodak Zx3). |

I wouldn't get it but it is the Indilinx controller not the sandforce that OCZ had trouble with.
The new firmware is supposed to fix those sandforce issues. |

i ordered from 1saleaday plenty of times and had no problem. once however i got a product that look like it had been used, i told them about it and they sent me another one free or charge without sending the old one back , just saiyan
